About Mandy

Hi! I am the owner, creator, and heartbeat of Plush Floral Studio. I began my journey as an entrepreneur in 2010 and hold over 30 years experience as a professional floral designer. My passion shines through each arrangement and hand crafted work of botanical art. My designs are heartfelt, authentic, artistic expressions of emotion.

Outside the studio, I enjoy time with my teenager and mini dogs, Taco and Princess. I work part-time with high-risk youth, study psychology, paint, love being in nature, practicing yoga, reading and writing. You can learn a bit of my story in a co-authored book breaking stigmas and barriers to connection ‘She’s Nolonger Silent.’ I facilitate community outreach projects focused on building connection and raising awareness about social issues like addiction, mental health, and Vancouver’s poverty and housing crisis. I thrive on creativity and meaning making connection.
